Using Gantt Charts is an example of asynchronous e-learning. It employs a mixture of narrated Flash animations with numerous self-practice activities.
This course was developed to meet two purposes: (1) to supplement classroom training, and (2) to serve as an introduction to potential clients. Using Gantt Charts is the first in a series of training modules.
This course was designed to be very modular. Each lesson is a complete unit, or knowledge object, and includes a self-evaluation to lock in the concept. Modules can be rearranged and new new courses produced simply by defining a new table of contents. Here is some more information on our development methodology.
