Troubleshooting
Symptom Cause Solution
The animation did not play and all that appears is an small icon in theupper-left corner of the playing area..

The player is not installed correctly. Install a current version of the player and retry the test.

The volume is too loud or too soft. Adjust the sound level on your computer and in the player. See the Help for your operating system and for the player.
Sound skips, stammers, or stutters. Your sound system is overloaded. Or some other program is trying to write to the player. Close the other program and retest.
