About BillWilliam Horton has been in the forefront of electronic information design since 1971. He specializes in applying ergonomics to the task of getting information from one human brain to another. He helps organizations and teams make the transition from traditional media to electronic media. For over 15 years Bill has conducted seminars internationally on subjects ranging from multimedia design and visual literacy to user-interface design, online documentation, and Web-based training. Bill is a sought-after lecturer and keynote speaker. Most recently he keynoted the 1995 and 1996 Interactive Conferences, Influent Technology Group's 1997 Conference series, the EDS Global Communications Conference, and the 1997 International Technology Training Association Conference in Barcelona.
